Brice graduated from Santa Clara Univesity with a degree in Psychology and a minor in German.  He then attended the University of Southern California and earned an MBA in Marketing and Management.  Brice parlayed his extensive theoretical expertise into a succesful five year career as a financial planner, based in Downtown Los Angeles. 

It was in 2002 that Brice made the move to real estate and joined Marcus & Millichap. At Marcus & Millichap, Brice specialized in multi-housing investments and was named as a Director.  His 41/2 year career at Marcus & Millichap saw him earn three Sales Achievement Awards, three National Achievement Awards and one Chairman's Club Award - this equates to sales production in the top 3-4% in the Firm, nationwide.  He was the #2 producer in the Downtown Los Angeles office in 2005. 

In 2006, Brice joined RE/MAX Commercial in Torrance, CA and soared to the elite level of Diamond Club (Re/MAX Commercial's top annual award) and the #1 producer in the Downtown LA and South Bay offices, combined, in 2007.  In addition, he's topped the charts with Platinum Awards in 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, and already in just the first quarters of 2010!

2010 should prove to be a seminal year as Brice has expanded his brokerage scope to include the greater Denver marketplace.  His "dual-market"  practice should provide his clients even more opportunities and a unique economies of scale back and forth.  In this market, he has joined the boutique firm of Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors - his exhaustive work ethic and experience of almost 200 closings should complement the firm's commanding 40%+ market share, which they've enjoyed for the last 3 years!
