Bobby Hutchinson joined Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors, LLC. as a Senior Advisor in 2006 during the inception of the company. Prior to his experience at Pinnacle, Bobby was a Senior Broker Associate at Grubb & Ellis Company specializing in Multi-Family Investments with a primary focus in the acquisition and disposition of 10-100 units apartments in the Denver Metro Area. Bobby has sold in excess of $110,000,000 in Multi-Family assets since 2003. Bobby has been recognized as the Top Producer at Pinnacle in 2007, Rookie of the Year by Grubb & Ellis Company and was one of DMCAR's Heavy Hitters in 2005, 2007, 2008 and 2009. Prior to beginning his career in commercial real estate Bobby was a top sales representative in the Data Storage Industry. Bobby is a Denver Native and currently lives in Lowry with his wife and two kids.
