Brad joined Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors in the fall of 2011 after working ten years in residential mortgage finance with one of the Nations top banks.   He began his career as a loan officer working for a local mortgage broker were he prided himself on customer service and market knowledge helping borrowers navigate the ever changing and tough lending world.  Looking to grow and expand his industry experience in mortgage and finance he started with Countrywide Home Loans (later to become a part of Bank of America) as an Account Executive.  While with Bank of America, Brad was part of the 2007 and 2008 Record Breakers Club, received the "Platinum Producer" award and ranked second in the Colorado branch for unit and dollar volume in 2008.  Because of Brad's production, ability to create long standing relationships and being recognized by his clients as the "go to" person in the industry, he was selected by the organization to mentor and develop aspiring Account Executives.

Looking to start the next phase in his real estate career, Brad brings a strong finance/underwriting background with a focus on customer service to Pinnacle REA.  His primary focus is on office/retail building sales and leasing in the Metro area.
