Western Development Group of Denver will begin moving dirt Wednesday on a $100 million project that will forever change the Cherry Creek North skyline.
The eight-story, mixed-use building — dubbed 250 Columbine — will include 70 luxury condominiums, 80,000 square feet of high-end office space, 30,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space and two levels of underground parking with about 300 spaces.
“We’re confident that Cherry Creek North is viewed as Denver’s most desirable location, especially among many of the world’s very best businesses and retailers who want to establish a Denver address,” said David Steel, partner of Western Development Group.
