Pinnacle Announces the Sale of Waner Building in Highlands Ranch

Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors, LLC is pleased to announce the sale of the Waner Building located at 8950 Barrons Boulevard in Highlands Ranch, Colorado. This 11,971 square foot office property sold on August 1st, 2014 for $2,460,000 or $205 per square foot. The sale was a cash deal and sold for $60,000 above list price. The property is 100% occupied by two NNN tenants; Waner Construction & Great West. According to CoStar data, this sale is the second highest reported price per square foot for the Highlands Ranch submarket.
