Greg joined Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors in Summer, 2010 after spending 11 years with a Denver boutique commercial real estate firm.  He began his real estate career in a Denver based investor-owner commercial property management group before becoming a broker at Fairbairn Commercial, Inc., and ultimately joining Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors.  Focusing in the submarkets of LoDo and Southeast Denver, Greg specializes in representing Landlords/Tenants and Sellers/Buyers with commercial investments, office and flex properties as well as companies entertaining sublease scenarios.  As a property manager for Denver’s Axis Commercial Realty, Greg managed a portfolio of four buildings totaling approximately 200,000 square feet, with local, regional, and national tenants.  This experience has afforded Greg the knowledge of day-to-day office building operations, including systems costs, maintenance, and tenant issues, all of which are invaluable in negotiating lease alternatives for both prospective tenants and landlords.  Greg earned his bachelor’s degree in communications from The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio.  He has contributed his time to a number of Denver-area charitable athletic events.  He is active in Denver Active 20-30 Children’s Foundation (Board of Directors, 2010), Broker’s Benefiting Kids (Co-Chair 2009), and the International Cup Golf Tournament benefiting Friends of Man Charities.  Greg lives in Littleton with his wife Tiffani, son William, daughters Aiva and Aubrie.
