Jules B. Hochman joined Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors as a Senior Advisor in 2006. JB relocated to Colorado to attend The University of Denver’s Burns School of Real Estate and Construction Management. He then worked for a large real estate investment firm before moving onto a boutique real estate firm where he brokered over $100 Million of real estate transactions. JB has been on DMCAR’s Heavy Hitters list for being one of the top ten multi-family brokers for many years in a row. JB Hochman and his partner, Josh Newell, formed the Hochman Newell Team in January of 2008. JB and Josh specialize in representing investors in the acquisition and disposition of 10 – 250 unit apartment buildings throughout Colorado. In the last two years, JB Hochman and his partner Josh Newell have successfully closed over $85,000,000 in multi-family investment transactions. They were recognized as Pinnacle’s Top Producers in 2008. Representing corporations, non-profits, institutional and individual investors, JB brings a strong work ethic to ensure the job is carried through.
