Jim Knowlton joined Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors, LLC as a research associate in the spring of 2009 working closely with the Johnson/Ritter Team. Prior to working at Pinnacle, he worked for Cushman & Wakefield as an Intern for two of the top investment sales brokers in Denver. During his time at Cushman & Wakefield he assisted in various research projects and helped write newsletters, offering memorandums, and proposals. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Colorado and is now working on obtaining a real estate license.
