Kevin Calame is a commercial real estate broker that specializes in multifamily and investment sales, Kevin is a co-founder and CEO of a local development company, Modo Developers, which last year did over 10 million in sales.  Previously, he spent nine years with the Southwestern Company.  During that time, he built a sales organization of more than 75 people in nine states.  Along with building his sales organization, Kevin’s credits include “top first-year sales person”, "top experienced sales person", and “top student manager”.  He also has successfully bought and refurbished several properties, which created profits when sold or are cash-generating rentals.  Kevin graduated from the University of Oregon with a Bachelor’s Degree in fine arts.
