Kevin has 4 years of commercial real estate and development experience.  His primary focus prior to joining Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors had been marketing, leasing and selling office/flex and industrial properties.  Kevin was in charge of sales for Premises LLC for over 3 years and his roles included: marketing existing projects, working closely with commercial brokers, and maintaining relationships with current customers. He played a large part in helping new projects break ground while penetrating markets that have not been introduced to the storage/office condo concept.  Kevin enjoys building relationships with both tenants and landlords. He is able to manage both relationships while delivering results. His “no fear” attitude has helped his clients generate activity and get the results they expect.  He joined Fairbairn Commercial in June, 2009 and has been focusing on office transactions in the Metro-Denver area. He has made the transition to Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors with partner Greg Titus and continues to excel in the office industry.  Kevin earned his Bachelors Degree in Regional Development with a Minor in Business from the University of Arizona in Tucson, Arizona. He continues to play hockey, golf and is an avid skier.
