Don Brennan and Chris Maley started Pinnacle Real Estate Management to respond to a need in the market place for purposeful property management oversight with a design on maximizing owner equity by driving top rents.  Our experience is that most management companies are comfortable with the nuts and bolts of managing units, though few care to understand the value equation of pushing rents to the bottom line.  They seek below market rents because it is easier to rent units that way.  Pinnacle Real Estate Management is the outgrowth of Don and Chris' experience as sales managers, consultants, trainers, multifamily investors, commercial bankers, and property managers.  

Prior to founding Pinnacle Real Estate Management and State Street Properties, Don and Chris formed successful commercial finance, residential wholesale mortgage, and commercial real estate acquisition businesses.  Chris and Don own and operate 150 apartment units in Denver and Kansas City. 

While working for Fortune 500 companies in sales and sales management roles Don and Chris' dream was always to own and manage real estate.  For 12 years Don and Chris have worked together building businesses.  

Don was the Director of National Sales for Qwest Wireless and US West Wireless responsible for 250 employees and $100 million in revenue.  Don spent 10 years selling and managing sales forces in the U.S. and Australia in the telecommunication industry. Don holds a Masters in Telecommunications from the University of Denver and an undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan.

Chris was the Director of Operations and Training for Qwest and US West Wireless. With a team of 20 operations and training professionals Chris tirelessly worked to find solutions to key business challenges to help fuel the explosive growth in the business to business sales unit.  Chris held multiple senior sales and sales management roles in the hi-tech sector over an 11 year period. Chris received his MBA from the University of San Francisco, and an undergraduate degree from Regis University in Denver, Colorado.
