Matt Lewallen has spent his last 5 years in the commercial and multifamily sector in Denver. As the Co-Founder and CFO of Modern Downtown Developers, INC he has purchased over 10 buildings for both conversion and management purposes. Modo currently does over $12 million per year in sales as well as $5 million in general contracting. Prior to Modo Matt was an engineer with Washington Group international were he did bidding, estimating, and scheduling of projects ranging from $250 million to over $1 billion. He also spent 6 as a sales manager for The Southwestern Company, where he built and managed a sales force of over 50 people in 6 States. He was recognized for excellence as a “Top First Year Sales Person” and multiple times as a “Top Experienced Sales Person”. Matt Lewallen graduated from the University of Wyoming with a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering.
