Apartment vacancies in metro Denver have dropped to an average 6.1 percent, the lowest second-quarter vacancy rate since 2001, when it was 5.7 percent, according to a report released Tuesday.
The decline is largely a result of more people moving to Colorado and fewer apartments being built, according to industry experts. Read Full Article

Metro Denver’s apartment market had a strong showing in the second quarter, with a decrease in vacancy rate and an increase in rental rate, according to a Colorado Division of Housing report released Tuesday.
