Centennial office complex sold for $3.83M

Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors LLC of Denver, which represented the seller in the deal, did not disclose the buyer. Arapahoe County property records also did not show a new owner as of Dec. 21, when the sale closed.
Prosource Commercial Realty LLC of Westminster represented the buyer.
Financing for the deal was provided by Bank of the West.
Dry Creek Village LLC bought the property in 2007 for $3.2 million from 7200 E. Dry Creek Road LLC of Denver, property records show. Read full article
