The Humboldt in Capitol Hill Sold for $2M

Keith D. Lawton acquired the Humboldt Apartments in the Capitol Hill area of Denver from Humboldt Street Investors LLC for $2 million or $100,000 per unit.
The 20-unit, 12,000-square-foot multifamily building is at 1721 Humboldt St. It was built in 1961 and renovated last year.
Jeff Johnson and Matt Ritter of Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors represented the seller. Doug Haughey of Coldwell Banker NRT handled the transaction for the buyer.
