Denver office space lease rate falls

Lease rates for commercial office space in the Denver area fell or remained flat in the fourth quarter from the third period, according to a new report by Mohr Partners Inc.
The real estate advisory and consulting firm said the average quoted lease rate dipped to $19.03 a square foot from $19.51 a square foot in the fourth quarter of 2009.
