Denver Multifamily Sells for $4.2 Million

McCain LLC sold an apartment building at 2775 S. Federal Blvd. in Denver, CO, to GPJ Realty LLC for $4.15 million or $51,235 per unit.
The 55,113-square-foot, 81-unit building, known as Loretto Manor, has 42 one-bedroom/one-bathroom units and 39 two-bedroom/one-bathroom units. It is in the southwest Denver submarket.
Marc Lippitt and Scott Shwayder of Unique Properties LLC-TCN Worldwide represented the seller. Mike Phillips of Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors LLC represented the buyer.
