Beige Book: Fed sees ‘solid’ growth in Colorado region

Economic growth in Colorado and six neighboring states “remained solid” in May, driven by strong activity in the high-tech, transportation and energy sectors, the U.S. Federal Reserve reported Wednesday in its latest “Beige Book” survey of the region’s business executives.
