Glendale Multifamily Sells - Investors Trade 15 Units on Bellaire Street

A 15-unit apartment building sold at 1170 Bellaire St. for $1.45 million, or about $97,000 per unit, in a sale between Tanya Lana and 4321 on the Parkway LLC.
The complex consists of 11 one-bedroom/one-bathroom units and four two-bedroom/one-bathroom apartments. The property was delivered in 1953 and is in the Glendale submarket of Denver.
Joe Hornstein of Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors LLC represented the seller, and Susan Mathews of Fuller Sotheby's International Realty represented the buyer.
