ULC buys TOD property

Matt Ritter and Jeff Johnson, commercial real estate broker and principals for Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors in Denver, and Robert Lawson, Associate Advisor for Pinnacle, assisted the seller BareRose Santa Fe llC, and the buyer, in the transaction. In June 2009, Ritter and Johnson sold this mixed-use property to BareRose Santa Fe,for $950,000. The sale occurred 30 days before a pending foreclosure sales date. Over the past two years, the owner implemented a new management plan, re-tenanted the building, and made numerous upgrades and renovations to it.
