Done Deals: Tracking recent moves in Denver’s commercial real estate hotbed

Great real estate deals happen in the Denver area every week, but it’s impossible to write stories about each one. Still, as the city continues its growth and reputation as a real estate hotbed, those sales, leases and refinancings are an important measure of the vibrancy of the local market. That’s why I’ve launched “Done Deals,” a weekly digest of deals happening around the metro area.
