Englewood revamps its economic incentives program, targets startups and retailers

The City of Englewood has revamped its economic incentives program in an attempt to lure businesses of all sizes.

The City Council for years has had a pot of money set aside and used for development incentives aimed at multi-family housing and large-scale stores but now has redirected the funds to startups and main street businesses.
