Tom and Brooke Gordon have selected national architecture and design firm Oz Architecture to design Drive Train, a new mixed-use development planned for Denver’s River North (RiNo) area.

The project will feature retail space, incubator space, a 120-room boutique hotel and a multifamily component all on three acres along Brighton Blvd. on the South Platte River and near the planned 38th/Balke Station light rail stop.

The multifamily development will consist of condominiums ranging from penthouses to micro units, in addition to affordable rental housing.
