Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors Achieves Record Goal; Sets Sights on Continued Growth in 2019
It was another record-breaking year for Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors, which achieved their best ever transaction volume surpassing the previous year’s record. Pinnacle’s 50 brokers closed 348 deals valued at $703.6 million.

The lion’s share of the volume Pinnacle recorded came from investment sales. The company completed 238 transactions with a value in excess of $625 million. Contributing to the successful year, Pinnacle completed 110 leases for a value of $78 million. Our multifamily, office, retail and industrial divisions provide clients with full service brokerage capabilities. Pinnacle also garnered more than half of the market share in the sales of apartment properties between five and 200 units in the five-county metro area.
