Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors, LLC sold the retail outlet on 9234 Park Meadows Drive located in Lone Tree, Colorado. The 16,031 square foot retail building sold for $5,150,000 or $321.25 per square foot. Tom Ethington and Robert Edwards represented the seller in the transaction.

“Retail continues to be a strong investment class in the Denver market, especially where population growth is high. The Seller was at the end of his hold and the local investor was in a 1031 exchange with long term plans to improve the Center,” stated Tom Ethington, Senior Advisor at Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors.
