Formerly occupied by Checker/O'Reilly Auto Parts, the lease expires October 31, 2016 and the Tenant recently vacated the property. This Property sold on March 6, 2009 for $1,128,290 at an 8.25% cap rate. The Seller was Sapporo Gardens, LLC and the Buyer was Tumbleweed Enterprises. Matt Ritter and Jeff Johnson represented the Seller and Bob Ostlund of M & J Realty represented the Buyer in this transaction.
