This was an absolute NNN sale/leaseback with a new 20 year lease commencing at COE, plus four 5 year options. The asset traded at an 8.5% CAP. The property was sold on January 28, 2009 for $1,151,765. The Seller was Table Rock Restaurants, LLC; the Buyers were Highland Properties 3508, LLC.
