The seller, M and M Trust, was represented by Justin Krieger and Rob Edwards of
Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors, and the buyer, WCMAR LLC, was involved in a 1031 exchanged and was represented by JB Hochman and Josh Newell, also of Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors. The deal closed in less than one week.
