It was sold by the RTC in the early 1990's and has subsequently been used as a Church. The property was vacant at the time of sale. Bobby Hutchinson & Joe Hornstein represented the Seller, Denver HC1, LLC and Gino Rodriguez of Capital Commercial Realty represented the Buyer, Solid Rock Baptist Church. This transaction closed on September 15, 2009 and the contract price was $685,000 or $40.04 per square foot.
