The Tacos y Salsas building at 6895 E. 72nd Ave. in Commerce City, CO sold for $335,000 ($133/SF), representing 97% of list price. Rob Edwards and Justin Krieger, brokers at Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors, represented the seller, Chirripo CC, LLC. The buyer, ALAX, LLC , was represented by Tom Dennody of Sperry Van Ness. The property was under contract after 10 days of marketing and in escrow for 60 days. Tacos y Salsas has three years remaining on their lease, and the buyer purchased the property as a passive investment.
