The net leased Romano's Macaroni Grill building at 7979 East Arapahoe Road in Greenwood Village, Colorado sold today for $2,500,000, representing 97% of the list price. The Pinnacle Retail Group represented both parties. Rob Edwards, Tom Ethington, and Justin Krieger represented the out-of-state seller, Cardinal Capital. Russ Agnew represented the local buyer, Bowaut, Inc. The property was under contract within one month of listing it and in escrow for 39 days. This is the Pinnacle Retail Group's second net leased restaurant sale this week and sixth single tenant net leased transaction since this June.
