Josh Newell and JB Hochman represented the Buyer, Jessen Apartments, LLC and the Sellers, Michael and Marcella Fassel in the transaction. The transaction closed on December 17, 2009 with contract price of $810,000, or $67,500/unit. "1407 Ulysses has a strong operating history which helped enable the Buyer to obtain attractive financing," Newell said. This transaction represents the largest Golden apartment building to sell in 2009.
