The sellers were represented by Justin Krieger, Tom Ethington, and Rob Edwards, and the buyer was represented by Susan Henderson at Kentwood City Properties. The 6,230 square foot building sold on February 12, 2010 for $700,000 ($112 per square foot). The all-cash buyer, 1255 Delaware Street, LLC, intends to use the front of the building as an art gallery and the back of the building as live/work space.
