Retail property sale in Lakewood: Woodridge Medical Complex

Rob Edwards and Justin Krieger, brokers at Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors, are pleased to announce the sale of the Woodridge Medical Complex at 2000 Wadsworth Boulevard in Lakewood, Colorado, a 35,985 square foot building on a 3.8 acre lot consisting of medical office and retail tenants. Rob Edwards and Justin Krieger represented the seller, Bethlehem Evangelical Lutheran Church, and Hal Naiman of the Sherman Agency represented the local 1031 exchange buyer, who purchased the property as an investment. The transaction closed on April 13, 2010 for $2,185,000.
