DP Dough a restaurant specializing in gourmet calzones opened their first retail location in the Denver Metro market leasing 2,121 rsf for a five year term at Rosenstock Place located in Denver, CO.
Eric Shaw, commercial real estate broker for Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors in Denver, represented the tenant DP Dough in the transaction. The building owner was represented by Cassidy Turley Fuller Real Estate. Financing for the tenant was provided by Brian McDermott of UMB Bank.
