Pemco Ltd. originally leased 6,003 sf in October 2010 and immediately expanded into an additional 4,744 sf for a total of 10,747 sf. This is PEMCO’s first office in the Denver Metro market leasing 10,747 rsf for a three year term at Cherry Creek Corporate Center, located in Glendale, CO. Pemco Ltd is a privately held company that serves as a property management company for HUD homes.
Eric Shaw, commercial real estate broker for Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors in Denver, represented the tenant Pemco Ltd. in the transaction. The building owner was represented by Newmark Frank Frederick Ross Company.
