The transaction closed on October 15, 2010 with contract price of $622,836 or $51,903 per unit. “Tower is located on a quiet, residential neighborhood in Wheat Ridge, which was a large reason why the Buyer was attracted to the asset, despite the fact that it is comprised of small units,” Newell commented.
