Rodney has 11 years experience as a commercial real estate broker in Denver and he has enjoyed quite a diverse background both in and out of the real estate arena.  Having started in office leasing in 1985 with a local commercial real estate firm, Rodney endured one of the most difficult real estate markets in Denver's commercial real estate history.  While the energy crisis of the 1980's lingered, Rodney moved into the construction industry building houses and working on heavy construction projects including DIA in Denver. In the late 1990's Rodney caught a ride on the Information Technologies Bandwagon as a Transport Systems Engineer and Sales Engineer for an international telecommunications company building high-speed optical networks across the United States and Canada.
Rodney returned to commercial real estate in 2005 working in sales and leasing of office and industrial properties. Working with large and small tenants, investors and owner users, Rodney honed his skills in negotiating, lease analysis, and investment analysis and continues to nurture the relationships he's built with his commercial real estate clients.
Rodney balances his life participating in local athletic endeavors, refining his skills in woodworking, and chasing away the bugs in his vegetable garden.
