The 2015 S. Dayton St. property was originally owned by South Metro Fire Rescue. It was used for administrative offices, training and dispatch. When the building was no longer needed, South Metro listed the property with Tom. After sorting through a fair amount of interest, Tom was able to sell to an owner/user that wanted the property as an investment and as an office to run numerous well-established family businesses. The property sold in December 2018 for $1,000,000 / $80.43 per square foot.
