The property sold for $8,000,000 or $112.09/SF.  Peter Sengelmann, Eric Diesch and Jackson Coon represented the seller in the transaction.  The property is situated just to the southeast of the numerous new development projects in downtown Westminster and directly off US HWY 36.  The listing team was able to attract a national real estate investment company that was looking to acquire a stable retail asset for the upleg of their 1031 exchange.
