Rents in Denver are on the upswing again.

At least two national apartment rental reports show Denver rents are substantially up from last year, and rose in the last month as well.

The latest Apartment List Rent Report indicates Denver rents have increased 2.3 percent over the past year, and rose 0.7 percent in the latest month. Apartment List indicates the median rent for a one-bedroom unit in Denver now is $1,410.
