Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors Celebrates Its Best Year

Denver-based commercial real estate firm, Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors finished the year strong and posted its best year since the company was founded eight years ago

Pinnacle’s 2014 sales volume is up 25 percent from 2013. “Pinnacle brokers closed 307 sales and lease transactions, up 16 percent from the 265 we completed in 2013. We had a record breaking May this year and closed over 26 deals that month alone,” stated Jeff Johnson, principal and co-founder of Pinnacle

“The Denver commercial real estate market is strong,” said Matt Ritter, principal and co-founder of Pinnacle. “We saw an increase in the number of deals in every product type this year. Denver’s multi-family investment properties did particularly well in 2014 and we have seen aggressive growth in the office, industrial and retail sectors as well.”

Senior Advisors Matt Lewallen and Kevin Calame closed the largest transaction of the year. Mint Urban Apartments closed in March and sold for $17.3 million or $122,695 per unit. Matt Lewallen and Kevin Calame represented both the buyer and seller in the transaction.

Josh Newell, Senior Advisor, received this year’s Top Producer Award. In the last eight years, Josh has completed over 159 multifamily investment transactions totaling over $209 million. He has received the Top Producer Award six out of the past eight years.
